Content Marketing Specialist

Our Content Marketing Specialist will support the efforts of the Marketing Department through creating content that generates leads and communicates the value of the Atlas School brand to the greater Tulsa community. We are looking for an individual who is excited to work across visual and textual media to accomplish this goal. This energetic creator will work closely with internal departments and external partners to support the Atlas School mission.


Task & Responsibilities

  • Work with the Marketing Department to develop cohesive campaigns to drive new leads through paid and organic channels
  • Develop further pathways for retargeting, lead engagement and lead nurturing across marketing channels
  • Build and maintain content calendar, focusing on cross-department coordination to build a content repository
  • Facilitate content capture at on-campus events and in the community, through photography, videography or other applicable mediums
  • Be familiar with our school catalog and necessary regulatory compliance when building marketing materials
  • Act as an ambassador of our brand guidelines internally and externally
  • Exercise knowledge of the greater Tulsa technological ecosystem and support ongoing events and marketing campaigns
  • Brainstorm and participate in marketing campaigns to create branding ideas, graphic designs, advertising copy and any necessary promotional materials to build brand awareness and drive leads
  • Cultivate content to communicate brand values and objectives through long form content across channels optimizing for SEO and reach (e.g. blog posts)
  • Build and document graphics for internal and external communications
  • Organize marketing materials for Atlas School and External Partner events
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Education & Experiences

  • 2 or more years of relevant work experience in the marketing, graphic design, or advertising ?elds
  • Preferred: demonstrated proficiency in long-form content writing

  • Preferred: experience with photography/video editing (not required).
  • Preferred: working knowledge of the tech industry and general software development.

In-Service Training Requirements

In-service training is provided to individuals fulfilling this position to enhance their skills set. Atlas School provides its employees with access to webinars, training sessions, and a collection of professional materials to keep abreast of current requirements, techniques, best practices, and policies and procedures. Training will occur during regular and on-going meetings.
