Position:
The Porter is designated responsible for the following areas:
- Executing the master cleaning schedule for all company buildings
- Requisition Chemicals and Cleaning Materials
- Inventory Control of Chemicals and Cleaning Materials
- Correct Reporting of all Food Safety Documents
- Pot & Pan Wash and Redistribution
- Trash Removal
- Restock Chemicals, Sanitizer, Hand towels, Hand Soaps, Hand Sanitizer, Auto sprayers in bathrooms
Reports to: Sanatation Manager
Essential functions:

Requirements, but not limited to: This position requires flexible work schedules within a 24/7 work environment. The airline catering industry is a seasonal business and certain peak times of the year are black out periods for PTO (paid time off), e.g. year end, summer. This position requires experience cleanliness and organizational standards.
Qualifications
Availability to work overnight, weekends and holidays
Attend flexible work schedule and adapt to changes easily
Bilingual, Spanish is a must
Team oriented with the ability to work independently
Must possess strong organizational skills and systematic work practices
The passion for perfect order, cleanliness and attention to detail is a must
Sense of urgency and the ability to coordinate quick solutions ensuring the internal supply chain
Strong sense of workplace safety, OSHA knowledge or certification is a plus
ServSafe certification or the equivalent is required
Required to enter and work daily in changing temperature environments: warm, cold, including freezers
Heavy lifting and bending, moving racks, bins and EQ daily is required for this job
