In this role you will:
An Account Executive at Actabl is responsible for net new revenue generation. This role demands autonomy, competitive spirit and accountability. Actabl is built with pillars around passion in hospitality, innovation and growth and we have high expectations to align these values within our next leader in sales.
Typical Functions:
Generate Revenue
- You are expected to generate net new revenue within your territory
- You are responsible for successfully leading customers through the full sales cycle
- Be a champion of your territory. Know buying trends, pain points and success criteria.
- Have clear strategy on increasing sales funnel in your territory
Follow sales process
- Sales attainment is a team effort and every sales team member is expected to follow sales process outlined by sales leadership
- Follow key sales team rituals including quarterly business reviews, weekly sales meetings, and regularly manager pipeline reviews
Accountability & Ownership
- We have a culture of high accountability and you are expected to be accountable for your performance, day-to-day activities and outcome.
- You are expected to be a representative of Actabl’s brand and values in our industry and with prospects
- You are expected to follow up and respond to all prospect communication diligently and collaborating with other stakeholders where relevant
- 7+ years of hotel or hospitality technology experience
- Deep understanding of hotel technology ecosystem
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Self motivated and results driven
- Ability to manage complex decision making processes
- First hand experience with Actabl solutions (preferred)
- Existing network/rolodex of hotel executives (preferred)

Salary Description:
Base salary of $75,000 - $85,000 with an additional up to 50% compensation from hitting revenue targets (total target compensation of $135,000 to $160,000). Uncapped commission structure with accelerators for exceeding targets.
