WHAT YOU’LL DO 

The Business Optimization Analyst III will be responsible for supporting and managing the full business optimization lifecycle. This includes strategic advising/planning and development of the optimization structure and model though process analytics, leading optimization work efforts, creating/executing & implementing RPA, automation, and improvement solutions, and partnering with internal customers for ongoing sustainability of optimal performance. Your in-depth technical expertise with RPA will ensure you are creating and implementing effective solutions that move our operating structure into the future. 

Requirements

HOW YOU’LL DO IT  

  • Partner with Executives, business units and teams to develop, educate and analyze current and future state business needs related to RPA. 
  • Assist leadership with creating the framework that leads to optimal utilization and sustainability with BPA and other processes as needed. 
  • Partner with internal and external customers to develop & promote strategic plans and create, design, and implement optimal solutions, including RPA.  
  • Efficiently and proactively analyze data that will lead to creative solutions for business optimization projects.  
  • Collaborate with Executives and across business units to define and refine operational strategies that support business objectives and develop the foundation and framework for optimal business performance. 
  • Facilitate cross functional design sessions for reimagining the operational model to align with current and future business needs.  
  • Assist efforts to optimize resource allocation, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational efficiency. 
  • Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of business performance. 
  • Create action-driven reports to monitor business performance highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement. 
  • Ensure effective change management practices, addressing resistance and ensuring a smooth transition to business as usual. 
  • Assist Executives, leadership and employees in the education for operational change as business needs dictate. 
  • Assess and manage risks associated with operational changes, ensuring the stability and resilience of optimized processes. 
  • Independently manage your full portfolio of work through the entire business optimization lifecycle. 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • A proven track record of leading, delivering and supporting project management, operational excellence and change management initiatives in a growing, changing organization. 
  • The ability to take an objective and translate into a plan to track goals and value-added deliverables.  
  • Strong analytical thinking and analysis capabilities. 
  • Ability to surface performance gaps and obstacles; partner with bank leaders to implement changes and improvements. 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE  

  • Demonstrated experience analyzing process data to identify strategies & opportunities to automate within workstreams, reduce manual effort, and eliminate duplicate work across the organization. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or Technology.? 
  • 7-10 yrs experience leading business optimization and change management initiatives in a growing organization, often from scratch. 
  • Proven experience performing root cause analysis to provide solutions that solve for root cause and account for all cross-functional impacts to include technology challenges. 
  • 1-3 years experience in a heavily regulated industry and with a public company is preferred. 
  • Experience optimizing business performance as a change agent and partnering with internal teams to set them up for long-term sustainability. 
  • 5-7 years demonstrated experience streamlining workflows, implementing and sustaining RPA solutions that improve customer and employee experiences, quality, operational efficiency, and achieve financial goals.? 
  • Demonstrated experience with low-code and RPA (Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI is required. 
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office products, including Teams, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.  
  • Change management experience is required.  
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is required.

Salary Description
$98,408 - $123,010 annually
