Job Overview:
Indie Consulting is seeking a Digital Content Specialist to support eContent initiatives for a leading CPG company, working 20 hours per week. This role involves managing content briefs, auditing SKU health, and facilitating brand review processes to ensure brand consistency across retailer websites. Key responsibilities include creating content briefs and partnering with various teams to deliver high-quality digital assets on time. Experience with content management, project coordination, and familiarity with eCommerce platforms is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for content briefs, coordinating between brand teams and design agency.
- Create and manage detailed content briefs, including MMLD, JTBD, Tab ID’s, and asset capture plans.
- Participate in brand sessions to stay informed on new innovations and projects.
- Ensure content aligns with brand bibles and style guidelines.
- Facilitate the brand review and approval process, providing feedback as needed.
- Track and manage key milestones, including asset capture, PDL Lock, and brand knowledge transfers.
- Collaborate with agencies, brand teams, GPMs, and the eCommerce team to deliver assets on time.
- Conduct audits of brand presence on retailer websites, recording findings and identifying gaps.
- Manage and update SKUs based on platform changes, marketing needs, and legal requirements.
- Assist in onboarding new team members to existing processes and workflows.
- Support Amazon briefing as needed within hours.
- Support additional ad hoc projects as needed within hours.
- Incorporate the Alt-Text process, leveraging the Caterpillar AI tool
- Develop copy strategies leveraging Samantha AI for prompt creation, copy review, and final submission.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Stakeholder and agency management.
- Experience with hair care or health & beauty brands is a positive.
- Proficiency in content management systems and project management tools.
