Description
Rate: $14.50 hourly
Status: Seasonal
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Minimum of 30 hours per week
- Provide instruction and demonstrate a variety of athletic, educational, and creative skills to youth participants.
- Supervise campers at all times to ensure safety and adherence to camp policies and procedures.
- Communicate regularly with the Camp Director and other staff members regarding camper behavior, needs, and any concerns.
- Coordinate the daily and long-term activities for campers, making sure goals fit with overall camp themed plans.
- Maintain all the necessary paperwork for the efficient management of their group.
- Serve as a positive role model, demonstrating appropriate behavior, respect, and teamwork.
- Assist with camper check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and safe transition for all children.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment throughout the camp site.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Camp Director or Assistant Camp Director.

Requirements
- Ability to think creatively and adapt to varying situations.
- Previous experience working with children preferred.
- High energy, positive attitude, and a cooperative team player.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities.
- Self-motivated and proactive in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all campers.
- This is an outdoor job so needs to be able to work outdoors in various weather.
- MUST PASS POLICE RECORD CHECK.
