OVERVIEW
Customer Analysts are responsible for identifying, prospecting, consulting, and closing new opportunities for payment processing with the goal of increasing revenue in our Chiropractic Division. The ideal candidate is self-directed, self-motivated, and has a strong understanding of closing techniques and sales processes as well as prior experience working in a Chiropractic office. The goal is to provide the highest quality service to our prospects by establishing positive relationships based on empathy, professionalism, and respect.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
· Developing and managing sales pipelines, promoting, and representing the Fortis brand image and services to prospective clients
· Preparing and delivering concise and persuasive sales presentations
· Consistent travel opportunity through networking events and industry trade shows
· Marketing and selling Financial Technologies
· Recommending total solutions to customers with knowledge of third-party interfaces and/or infrastructures
QUALIFICATIONS
· 3 years prior experience as an Office Manager in a Chiropractic Practice
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· A great personality to connect with both prospects and our support team
· Ability to effectively manage client prospecting and the sales cycle
· Meet and exceed sales quotas as defined by Supervisor
· Ability to develop and maintain meaningful referral relationships with clients
· Experience following processes, exhibiting strong follow-through on tasks, managing time and responsibilities
· Ability to maintain integrity through full disclosure of merchant agreement rates, fees, terms
· Generate new ideas and methods for client prospecting and acquisition
