Job Title: Part Time Life Enrichment Assistant - Memory Care


Grand Villa of Lakeland is currently seeking a Part Time Life Enrichment Assistant to join our Memory Care team. As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, organizing, and implementation of activities that promote the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our Memory Care residents.


Responsibilities:

- Assist in the planning and implementation of daily activities for Memory Care residents

- Encourage resident participation in activities and events

- Assist in the setup and cleanup of activities and events

- Provide one-on-one engagement with residents as needed

- Maintain accurate records of resident participation in activities

- Assist in the development of monthly activity calendars

- Attend and participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required


Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Experience working with seniors, particularly those with memory impairments

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
