Join Metro Physical Therapy's Talent Acquisition Team as our first Clinical Sourcing Specialist! We are seeking an innovative sourcer with a knack for identifying top clinical talent. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will provide dedicated support for our critical clinical positions in a highly competitive physical therapy space. We are looking for a motivated individual to help fuel our top of the funnel to support high volume recruitment goals. Our ideal candidate is a resourceful, proactive, creative thinker with deep sourcing abilities for hard to fill roles. You will bring your expertise in utilizing modern/untraditional sourcing techniques, with an emphasis on social media. What You’ll be Doing!

• Crafting Talent Pipelines: Build and nurture relationships with clinical professionals to ensure a robust talent pool.
• Strategic Sourcing: Utilize cutting-edge tools to source candidates for various clinical roles, optimizing our recruitment process. Implement new sourcing technologies and methods to find hidden gems in the PT workforce.
• Candidate Engagement: Develop engaging communication strategies to attract and retain the best in the PT field.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain connections with passive candidates to create a ready-to-hire talent pool.
• Networking & Outreach: Build and maintain an extensive network within the healthcare community. Forge strategic partnerships with educational institutions and professional outlets to tap into emerging talent.
• Employer Branding: Work closely with marketing to promote Metro as the employer of choice for Physical Therapists.
• Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends to inform our sourcing strategies and keep Metro at the forefront of clinical excellence.

• Min. 2 years of healthcare recruiting, with a focus on competitive sourcing
• Experience sourcing for Physical Therapists is highly preferred
• High technical proficiency, including the use of social media and niche sourcing platforms 
• Familiarity with modern internet recruiting/sourcing techniques
• Proactive, self-starter with a can-do attitude
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Collaborator with a desire to learn
• Successful track record of achieving targets, whether those be deadlines, recruiting goals, etc
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and possess excellent customer service
• Strong organizational and follow up skills
