Summary 

We are looking for a coordinator to support various needs within our Gifting team. The ideal candidate is personable, fast-paced and highly organized. They thrive in fast-paced environments where working on multiple complex projects at one time is the norm.


The coordinator will specialize in online company stores and prize programs, while also supporting program-based clients as needed. Their responsibilities include market research, data management, fulfillment, and administrative tasks. They must have excellent communication and computer skills and embrace technology and evolving trends.


NOTE: This hourly role will average approximately 15 hours per week; work will be done from our downtown Overland Park office location.

 

You’ll spend your days on the following:

  • Comprehensive support and fulfillment of client gifting projects, working within programs like Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and gifting-specific databases.
  • Data management throughout projects including organizing customers information, status of orders and billing, and reconciliation.
  • Customer service support (emails and phone).
  • Inventory management – in-office counting and quality checking products (1-2x per week)
  • Shipment set-up in UPS (including batch shipments), package items to be shipped out.
  • Thorough and thoughtful follow-through on project needs.
