The Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategy and roadmap for data gathered within DDI products for external customers. They are responsible for understanding customer’s data needs and prioritizing reporting enhancements. The Product Manager will measure and communicate the business value of data management to senior stakeholders, identify a path for efficient value delivery and promote the consideration of data across all product development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the roadmap for data and analytics aligning company goals with customer needs. This will have a focus on data-driven insights and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (customer success, sales, consulting) and customers in order to initiate, prioritize, and manage data and reporting enhancements based on customer needs and business value.
- Conduct market research and perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities to understand customer pain points that can be solved through data reporting and analytics.
- Manage the full product lifecycle for data and analytics functionality following DDI’s product management processes.
- Define KPIs and implement tracking to monitor product performance and gather actional insights. Leverage this data to make informed decisions to drive product improvements.
- Document product requirements and user stories to empower the product development process.
- Measure and communicate the business value of data products to senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate the creation of prototypes and testing of product concepts.
- Ensure data products are aligned with the overall business strategy and goals.
- Supervising the data flow within the product management process and applying different data science techniques.
- Analyzing data statistics and adjusting data / reporting product plans based on results.
- Identification, evaluation and management of any data monetization strategies.
- Leveraging data throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Approve or refuse any product data access requests from DDI associates.
- Coordinating with Go To Market partners (marketing, internal education) for relevant activities and deliverables.
- Provide reporting product expertise to the field (e.g. take part in prospect/customer calls, provide sales enablement content, contribute to internal and external social communities/blogs/portals).
- Initiate or manage relevant strategic partnerships as needed.
Mandatory:
- 5+ years and a proven track record of leading the delivery of digital products from concept to launch
- 3+ years of product management experience with data management and analytics
- Experience in the HR market (talent acquisition, training, psychometric assessments, etc.).
- Extensive agile development experience.
- Superior project management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure.
- Natural tendency to be curious, positive and creative.

Salary: The anticipated hiring range for this position is listed below.
Variable Pay: 10%
