About This Role:

This position will support the Fiscal Management Services team by processing timesheets, expenses, W-4s, and other financial records as necessary, including researching and resolving discrepancies. 

Requirements
  • 1 year of payroll and/or accounts payable experience.
  • Experience working with Waivered Services and/or knowledge of CDCS and CSG programs and/or exposure to Home Health or Human Services is a plus.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of services needed by people with disabilities and older adults.
  • Demonstrate creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Have a general understanding of basic financial principles and processes.
  • Have excellent organizational, problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Have effective communication skills, and the demonstrated ability to communicate challenging concepts both in-person, over the phone, and in electronic communication.
  • Ability to adapt to rapid change and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools.
