Job Purpose:
The Director, Sales EMEA at Fabric x Xytech is a dynamic, quota-driven sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding targets. This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit and a strategic approach to sales. The Director, Sales EMEA will collaborate closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services teams to oversee and enhance every stage of the sales process. Your contributions will be vital to the overall success of both the sales team and the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Drive sales of Fabric x Xytech’s SaaS offerings within the EMEA territory, serving as the key ambassador for our brand and products by actively promoting our solutions to prospective clients.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with prospects, collaborating with the Fabric x Xytech team to meet and exceed sales objectives. Regular communication with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions will be essential.
- Comprehensive Sales Management: Oversee all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, and deal management, implementing effective strategies to streamline these processes and improve efficiency.
- Strategic Planning: Define and execute a detailed sales plan for your assigned territory, aligning with company objectives and market opportunities, setting clear goals, and identifying key success metrics.
- Pipeline Development: Cultivate and manage a robust sales pipeline, using data-driven insights to forecast sales activity and track progress, with a strong focus on achieving monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Salesforce Management: Utilize Salesforce to manage and track customer interactions and transactional information accurately, providing regular activity forecasts and pipeline reports to inform team strategies.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations tailored to prospective clients, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our solutions to drive interest and conversions.
- Account Growth: Develop and nurture accounts of varying sizes, fostering strong client relationships that promote repeat business and upselling opportunities.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about the competitive landscape, including competing companies and their product offerings.

Qualifications
- Experience: Direct Experience within the Media and Entertainment Industry and a minimum of 5 years of software sales experience with a strong track record of closing deals.
- Performance Metrics: Proven history of exceeding sales goals and objectives, demonstrating a strong drive and commitment to success.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
Working Conditions:
