In this role, you will transform audio medical dictations into precise, high-quality written records that support patient care. A commitment to accuracy of not less than 85%, timeliness, and ethical standards is essential to ensuring our records are both complete and reliable. 

This work can be demanding, especially when audio quality is compromised, however, a strong commitment to accuracy and patient care drives every transcriptionist’s mission. 


 Job Responsibilities: 

Checking e-mails thoroughly and note any feedback/updates for the day

Proofing / Quality Checking the allocated Autoscribe filesUploading the allotted files with unloadable quality to clients or to formatting levelMaintaining the specified TAT (Turn around time)Counseling the corresponding MT’s in the errors they have committed in transcriptionCompleting the 12% of allocated work for every hour and posting the same to the next level of processingGrading the errors of to capture accuracy of file receivedCompleting the work within TAT


Requirements

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience (more than 10 years) in medical transcription field after completing training and certification
  • Ability to transcribe audio recordings from physicians, medico-legal professionals, and other healthcare providers with an accuracy of above 85%
  • Proficiency with transcription software and medical terminology
  • Strong attention to detail, grammar, and spelling
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage challenging audio files
