POSITION SUMMARY: Develops all in-house design and productions of advertising, on-property signage to support employee and consumer promotions and events, and multi-purpose collateral Perform responsibilities in accordance with all PlayLV’s Company standards, policies, and procedures.
Essential Functions:
- Supports marketing and other departments in achieving strategic and tactical goals.
- Is responsible for creative development, graphic design and art production to meet all marketing strategies and programs.
- Handles off-site production of all printed materials and advertising.
- Performs duties as assigned, always presenting oneself as a credit to PlayLV. and encourages others to do the same.
- Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
- College degree in graphic design preferred or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 3-4 years of graphic design experience in advertising is required.
- Proficient in the use of Quark, PageMaker, Illustrator and PhotoShop for Macintosh. Experience in various printing processes including 4-color, offset and web.
- Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
- I portfolio is required for this position.
- Must work on-site.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to maneuver to all areas of casino
- Must be able to lift, move and carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items while working at assigned desk area. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and meet short deadlines.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

Work Conditions:
Work is typically in an area, which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, and may contain second hand smoke. Work may be performed in small areas with a 3 ft. wide access. Tasks performed from a non-sitting position. Team Members will be required to stand, walk, lift, reach, push, pull and grasp. These tasks include the maintenance and care of assigned area. Work may entail trained chemical usage. Constant contact with fellow Team Members and Guests.
