Job Summary:

The Client Success Manager, also known as RCM Manager, will support revenue cycle operations in accordance with established business objectives and applicable regulatory requirements. This position will ensure all details with the flow of services are maintained on an ongoing basis and meet the expectations of clients. This position will also be responsible for recommending and implementing improvements to current processes with input from other team members and leaders.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Acts as the liaison between the Client and Advocate RCM
  • Performs proactive revenue analysis by tracking client’s activity against financial goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Provides ongoing and timely communication to the Client on all aspects of the revenue cycle
  • Ensures the Client has a clear understanding of the variance by reporting on how the variance was identified, the progress of the resolution, and provides documentation support as needed.
  • Predicts and proactively solves client issues
  • Generates monthly and ad hoc reports
  • Improves client financial results by analyzing various factors, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and working with internal departments to resolve issues
  • Participates and/or leads regularly scheduled client calls with the Director of Client Relations, members of Senior Leadership Team, and Operational Directors, and occasionally attends site visits.
  • Works closely with internal departments that can assist in the resolution of solving data variances identified and provide support as necessary.
  • Travels to the Client site, attends industry related conferences and organizational meetings, and corporate office as needed.
  • Participates in continuing professional education to be current with industry trends and practices.
  • Ensures overall client satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilizes various software systems to generate reports, conduct data analysis, identify trends and variances, develop recommendations, implement solutions, and communicate all to the Client.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in business or healthcare administration, business, accounting, or finance, or similar experience.
  • At least one-year experience in healthcare environment required.
  • At least three years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or similar position; preferred

  • In-Office/Hybrid Employee
    • Physical Demands: This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, typing, looking at computer screens, inbound and outbound phone/video calls, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax/scan machines. Sitting for long periods of time, walking to and from different areas of the building, pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying up to 10 pounds, etc.
    • Physical Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. The parking lot for the building is large and walking is required to approach and enter the building lobby. The office is located on the third floor and is accessible through the building lobby via elevator or stairs. To enter into and maneuver around the office, doors up to 10 pounds must be either pushed or pulled.
  • Remote Employee
    • Physical Demands: This role is largely sedentary and requires long periods of time sitting, typing, looking at computer screens, inbound and outbound phone/video calls, other standard office equipment, etc.
    • Physical Work Environment: This role is fully remote which means the individual will work from their own home.
