About the role:


Peak Support is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Account Executive to join our Client Solutions team. This role is ideal for someone energized by building new relationships and motivated by a competitive sales incentive structure. The individual will act as a front-facing representative of Peak Support, guiding potential clients from initial contact through contract negotiation and closure. The position will primarily focus on supporting clients requiring outsourced solutions with potential involvement in outbound sales efforts as well.


What you'll do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new potential clients, managing the sales cycle from initial meetings to contract closure. 
  • Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions aligned with Peak Support’s offerings. 
  • Participate in outbound sales efforts to expand the client base. 
  • Collaborate with the Client Solutions team to ensure seamless integration of new clients. 
  • Prepare and present proposals, leveraging data-driven insights and cost calculations. 
  • Utilize tools like Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for creating and modifying presentations to support client discussions.


We're looking for someone with:

  • Operational Experience in BPO: Strong understanding of BPO operations, including roles such as Quality Assurance, Workforce Management, and Scheduling. 
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, cost calculations, and scenario modeling. 
  • Presentation Skills: Proficient in PowerPoint to create and modify slides for client-facing content. 
  • Relationship-Building Expertise: Skilled in establishing and maintaining client relationships, with an eagerness to engage with new clients. 
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet sales targets, preferably in a commission-based role.
