Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive dental care, including routine exams, fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and preventive care.
• Diagnose and treat various dental conditions while ensuring the highest level of patient care.
• Educate patients about their oral health, treatment options, and preventive measures.
• Work collaboratively with our experienced team of dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records using our state-of-the-art dental software.
• Stay current with new dental technologies, procedures, and best practices.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Salary: We offer a highly competitive base salary or the greater of a collections-based commission scale between 30-33%. Total opportunities to exceed $300,000 annually.

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active Colorado state dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing excellent patient care.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience in a private practice setting is a plus but not required.
