The Sr. IT Specialist will support all North American employees. The role is based in Houston, Texas and is an on-site role. This position will be responsible for a variety of IT related duties and systems which support our daily operations and a growing organization.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Organizing and establishing deadlines for major IT projects such system updates, migrations, upgrades, and outages
- Ensure network components work together seamlessly to meet business needs, using their full range of capabilities, and stay informed about new features and competitor solutions
- Provide Helpdesk Services
- Proactively provide suggestions or solutions to streamline administration or processes across the business
- Analyze departmental needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to inform business decisions
- Analyze processes, technologies, and vendors continually to find areas for improvement
- Support and execute disaster planning and maintain data backups
- Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software
Minimum Requirements
Education
- Associate degree in IT related major or equivalent education and work experience is required.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years Helpdesk support and IT support technical experience
Required Skills or/ Attributes
- Knowledge of Windows, Mac, PC systems, MS office, network components to diagnose and troubleshoot
- Office 365 administration, Vonage, Virtual Keypad
- Excellent Communication, Organizational Skills. And Customer Service skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred
