Job Overview:
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing visual concepts and creating compelling designs that align with Bridgeway Academy's brand identity. In addition to producing digital and print materials, this role will involve creating designs for tradeshows and events, ensuring cohesive brand representation in all environments. You will collaborate with the marketing team to deliver high-impact visual content that engages and excites our homeschooling community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing designs for a variety of mediums including web, email, print, social media, and event displays.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling visual content for campaigns, including banners, landing pages, email graphics, brochures, infographics, and advertisements.
- Design creative assets for tradeshow booths and event materials, including signage, banners, backdrops, promotional displays, and branded giveaways.
- Maintain and uphold brand consistency across all design assets, ensuring all work aligns with Bridgeway Academy’s tone and identity.
- Design and update templates for newsletters, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Assist in creating assets for product packaging, digital courses, and educational materials.
- Prepare designs for print and work with vendors to ensure high-quality production, especially for large-scale event materials.
- Stay current with design trends, industry standards, and technology innovations to provide fresh ideas.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all assets.
- Use feedback from multiple stakeholders to iterate and improve designs.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in education or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field is preferred but not required.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
- Experience with both digital and print design.
- Experience designing for tradeshows and events, including large-format graphics and environmental branding.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across digital, print, and event-related assets is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing for an educational or homeschooling audience.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design.
- Motion graphics or video editing experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with creating designs that are accessible and inclusive.
