A member of the production department of the Health Labs division of Lyons Magnus, an international food and beverage manufacturer headquartered in Fresno, California. The Machine Operator is responsible for support in the areas of production and related activities in a manner that supports the operations of production of the organization at the Quakertown, PA plant.
Hours: 7 a.m. – 3:30 pm
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Location: Quakertown, PA
Core Responsibilities:
- Supports the mission, values and vision of the company.

- Responsible for adhering to and completing instructions of formulas provided.
- Responsible for weighing ingredients to ensure accuracy of specifications.
- Ensuring that formulas and ingredients are combined to ensure products meet specifications.
- Completion of daily job duties per assigned policies and procedures, may include paper work completion.
- Provide measuring and weighing of raw materials; and identifying raw materials for formulations
- Machine assembly and disassembly. Perform Sanitation duties per policy.
- Places products and packaging on the lines to ensure line is running.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Working knowledge and application of Food and Beverage Manufacturing, including kettle mixers, pumps and heaters; electrical panels a plus, but not required.
- Working knowledge of liquid and powder measurements a plus, but not required.
Education and/or Experience:
- High school or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehousing/manufacturing of foods and beverages preferred, but not required
