Overview
The Brand Marketing Manager will play multiple roles in a quickly growing startup. This includes but is not limited to: developing and maintaining all graphics relating to Vantaca, generating awareness on social media outlets by writing about our capabilities in a compelling way for our prospects and customers, upholding brand guidelines and maintaining our forward-facing website.

- New LinkedIn/Instagram/Facebook/Twitter followers
- Conceptualize and produce compelling motion graphics content to enhance storytelling across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand identity and marketing goals
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to design and implement user-centric experiences that drive engagement and customer satisfaction, utilizing insights from data and user research
- Develop innovative motion-based visuals for social media, campaigns, and advertising, leveraging tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent
- Partner with design, product, and marketing teams to integrate motion graphics seamlessly into broader branding initiatives, focusing on optimizing user journeys and touchpoints
- Uphold branding guidelines internally & externally
- Drive brand awareness through social media outlets
- Own and lead website updates and maintenance
- Play an integral role in customer communications & internal communications
- Develop appropriate materials for in-person and virtual events and assist in execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or relevant field preferred or relevant experience.
- 3+ years of Marketing experience, preferably in the SaaS technology/software space and B2B.
- 3+ years of experience developing motion graphics
- Demonstrated experience and skills in graphic design in use of latest design in web/social media/tools & techniques
- Experience collaborating closely with UX/UI team
- Experienced in digital marketing, generating awareness and demand through the full marketing mix across all media
- Familiar with marketing automation systems and CMS/Web Platforms (HubSpot)
- Entrepreneurial Experience – ideally, experience with a start-up, or early-stage venture, or a successful turn-around situation, is highly desired (proven success and results with limited resources, people, money, time). This would ideally be with a younger, more progressive brand that is disruptive in its market, with a Marketing approach that is cutting-edge.
- Proven experience owning these functions within a SaaS/B2B software company.
