We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Analyst to support a mission-critical federal project. The ideal candidate will analyze and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with federal guidelines while driving data-driven strategies to enhance user engagement and overall campaign performance. The Senior Digital Marketing Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights, develop actionable recommendations, and implement innovative solutions that set the standard for effective digital marketing in government services. 


This is a full-time W2 position.  

Corp-to-Corp and 1099 ineligible.  


Location:

  • Remote with potential travel to Client site. 
  • You must be legally authorized to work in the USA. Vaultes does not provide visa sponsorship.  
  • You must be able to pass and maintain a valid Security Clearance.  
Requirements

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with government project objectives. 
  • Analyze and interpret digital marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, to optimize campaigns. 
  • Manage and monitor government-approved digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media, email marketing). 
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings for agency or program websites. 
  • Collaborate with web development and content teams to ensure marketing content aligns with government standards and accessibility requirements. 
  • Prepare detailed reports and dashboards summarizing campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. 
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or equivalent to track and report key performance indicators (KPIs). 
  • Oversee social media strategies and content calendars to ensure messaging is consistent with agency goals and policies. 
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in digital outreach efforts. 
  • Test and refine marketing assets (e.g., A/B testing for email campaigns, landing pages, and ad creatives) to maximize engagement and effectiveness. 
  • Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with federal regulations, including Section 508 accessibility standards and agency-specific guidelines. 
  • Identify emerging digital marketing trends and recommend strategies to improve outreach and audience engagement. 
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members on digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices. 
  • Securely manage and protect sensitive government data in compliance with contract requirements. 

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on data analysis and performance optimization. 
  • Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns for government or public sector clients is highly preferred. 
  • Expertise in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms. 
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies, including tools like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and keyword research platforms. 
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) for executing and analyzing campaigns. 
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or equivalent. 
  • Knowledge of federal digital communication standards, including Section 508 compliance and accessibility requirements. 
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and optimize digital marketing strategies. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly. 
  • Certifications such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, or equivalent are a strong plus. 
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello is preferred.

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 
  • Capable of operating a computer and other office productivity machinery, and frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers.
