Join our team as a full-time Administrator for Innovative Family Medicine of Idaho an Independent medical clinic in Twin Falls, Idaho
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Acumen: Expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and healthcare revenue cycle management, including CPT and ICD-10 coding.
- Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to guide teams, set clear goals, and resolve conflicts with professionalism and emotional intelligence.
- Strategic Planning and Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills to implement operational improvements and lead change initiatives.
- Vendor and Contract Management: Experience negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring cost-effective services.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with teams, vendors, and MedMan's Client Services Delivery Team effectively.
- Healthcare Operations Knowledge: Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and tools like Excel, data analysis platforms, and healthcare-specific systems.
Skills & Qualifications
- Provide leadership and oversight to clinical teams.
- Experience with eCW is strongly preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in independent practice management is required.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma
- 3 years of Independent Practice Management
- Proficiency in MS Office
- eCW experience preferred
