Join our team as a full-time Administrator for Innovative Family Medicine of Idaho an Independent medical clinic in Twin Falls, Idaho

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Acumen: Expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and healthcare revenue cycle management, including CPT and ICD-10 coding.
• Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to guide teams, set clear goals, and resolve conflicts with professionalism and emotional intelligence.
• Strategic Planning and Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills to implement operational improvements and lead change initiatives.
• Vendor and Contract Management: Experience negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring cost-effective services.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with teams, vendors, and MedMan's Client Services Delivery Team effectively.
• Healthcare Operations Knowledge: Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and tools like Excel, data analysis platforms, and healthcare-specific systems.

Skills & Qualifications

• Provide leadership and oversight to clinical teams.
• Experience with eCW is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in independent practice management is required.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma
• 3 years of Independent Practice Management
• Proficiency in MS Office
• eCW experience preferred
