Description

We are seeking an experienced, bilingual and dynamic Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting top talent across various departments within our organization, including but not limited to call center agents, IT professionals, program management, and other key departments. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful individual who will manage the entire recruitment cycle for all positions within the company. Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.


Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process for a diverse range of roles, including call center agents, technical staff, IT specialists, program managers, and more. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development: Leverage multiple sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.) to attract and build a pipeline of qualified candidates for a variety of positions across departments.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand specific role requirements, team dynamics, and the skills needed to succeed in each position.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone interviews and skills assessments and coordinate interviews with relevant team members to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and overall suitability for each department.
  • Job Postings & Employer Branding: Develop compelling job descriptions, post roles on various job platforms, and ensure the company’s employer brand is effectively represented in all communications.
  • Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate compensation, and ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
  • Data Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, metrics, and performance to track the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Candidate Experience: Provide timely updates and transparent communication to ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by sourcing candidates from varied backgrounds and ensuring an unbiased recruitment process.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience as they join the company.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a call center or similar high-volume recruiting environment, is preferred. Experience recruiting for a variety of roles (agents, IT, program management) is also preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media recruiting platforms.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with labor laws, hiring regulations, and best practices for recruiting.
  • Attitude: A proactive, self-motivated, problem-solving mindset focusing on results. A passion for recruitment and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to both candidates and hiring teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for a wide range of positions within a call center or customer service environment.
  • Knowledge of IT and technical recruitment practices.
  • Previous experience with high-volume hiring in multiple locations.
  • Familiarity with HRIS or other onboarding systems, preferably Paylocity.
