Summary
The Marketing Manager, ASL Now Business Development will serve as a critical liaison between the ASL Now Business Development team and the Marketing Division of CSD. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless collaboration and communication between departments to drive marketing initiatives that support business growth and brand recognition for ASL Now. The incumbent will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies tailored to the specific needs of the ASL Now Business Development department, while ensuring alignment with the overall marketing goals of CSD.
Essential Functions
- Develop and oversee marketing initiatives that support ASL Now Business Development’s growth, aligning all branding, messaging, and campaign strategies with ASL Now’s mission and objectives.
- Take ownership of planning, decision-making, and coordinating all marketing initiatives, working closely with the Marketing team to strategically position ASL Now for optimal success.
- Lead and oversee marketing initiatives that align with ASL Now Business Development’s growth objectives, adapting to emerging trends and BD needs.
- Lead cross-functional projects, fostering alignment between the ASL Now business and the CSD Marketing Division, ensuring smooth execution of goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that build awareness, engagement, and business opportunities for ASL Now, ensuring all materials adhere to CSD’s branding and ASL Now’s mission.
- Oversee the marketing budget for ASL Now Business Development, ensuring resources are used effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to produce engaging digital, print, and multimedia content that meets high standards of quality and brand consistency.
- Represent the ASL Now business at marketing and business development meetings, events, and presentations, advocating for ASL Now’s mission and priorities.
- Serve as the primary liaison for ASL Now with CSD’s Marketing Division, working closely to align strategies, share insights, and synchronize marketing and business development goals.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities that support growth and positioning in the market.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, preparing regular reports for the Vice President of Business Development, ASL Now, and CSD Marketing leadership to drive informed strategy adjustments.
- Conduct research and gather data to support marketing presentations, proposals, and strategic initiatives for ASL Now Business Development.
- Perform additional marketing and technical duties as assigned.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple marketing campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships across departments and with external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring marketing materials are accurate and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing time and resources effectively.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn about the Deaf community, ASL, and CSD’s mission.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field or relevant work experience (Required)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably with experience in business development or a similar liaison role.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO.
- Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and deliver high ROI on campaigns.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships across different departments and levels of an organization.
- Familiarity with the Deaf community, ASL, and CSD’s mission is highly preferred.
