ABOUT THE CLINICAL DATA TEAM

The TruDataRx clinical team is a multinational group of physicians, pharmacists, and scientists. This team collaborates closely to complete comparative effectiveness analyses according to the TruDataRx Clinical Process. 

TruDataRx, Inc. is different from other players in the industry in that our drug management’s foundation is our database compiled from a worldwide body of clinical comparative effectiveness research, which quantifies the clinical value of medications and their relations to cost, unlike most of the industry which bases decisions primarily on cost. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Update and maintain the TruDataRx clinical database 
  • Extract raw data from randomized clinical trials for use in Comparative Effectiveness reviews of the evidence 
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to draft Comparative Effectiveness reviews of the evidence that are used to develop proprietary clinical algorithms
  • Produce analyses to inform Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee’s formulary decisions
  • Produce Comparative Effectiveness graphs for use in reviews of evidence and sales presentations
  • Develop clinical reports to help our clients understand the clinical, employee experience, and financial implications associated with designing and implementing a better pharmacy benefit for their employees

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Required education: Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in the natural sciences or a quantitative field 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Willingness to seek feedback and incorporate it into future work
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for using quantitative data to drive evidence-based healthcare decisions
  • A passion for finding the most robust evidence to promote data-driven use of pharmaceutical drugs
  • High standards for research integrity and eagerness to critically evaluate pharmaceutical research
  • Interest in data visualization and presentation techniques 
  • Ability to follow processes meticulously, as well as a passion for constantly improving processes
  • The ability to effectively operate both independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office applications (Sheets/Excel, Docs/Word, Slides/PowerPoint, etc.)
  • This position requires a minimum two year commitment, and Clinical Researchers are required to work in person in our headquarters in Norwich, VT.
