Description
Business Requirements Gathering:
- Elicit and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and process mapping.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through Salesforce.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for developers.
Salesforce Configuration:
- Configure Salesforce applications based on business requirements, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows.
- Utilize Salesforce configuration tools to create and modify data and processes.
- Test and validate Salesforce configurations to ensure they meet business needs.
Data Management:
- Import and export data into and out of Salesforce.
- Cleanse and transform data to ensure data integrity.
- Develop data validation rules and processes.
Documentation:
- Create and maintain clear and concise documentation of business processes, system requirements, and configuration details.
- Develop user manuals and training materials.
Support:
- Provide end-user support for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting issues and answering questions.
- Assist with user adoption and training.
Knowledge of:
- 508 Compliance
- JIRA
- GIT Hub
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field from a US accredited university .
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or Salesforce administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
