WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Korbyt is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive product adoption, deepen customer relationships, and deliver impactful land and expand campaigns that support customer growth and expansion. This role combines the strategic focus of product marketing with the execution of customer-focused initiatives to drive engagement, retention, and advocacy—all while aligning with Korbyt’s business objectives.

  

As a key member of our marketing team, you will develop compelling messaging and use cases and design product marketing strategies to uncover and capitalize on customer opportunities that accelerate product growth. This is a multifaceted role requiring creativity, strategic messaging expertise, and a data-driven mindset to amplify customer marketing initiatives alongside broader product marketing responsibilities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Product Messaging and Go-to-Market:

  • Develop and refine messaging frameworks that resonate across customer verticals and segments, emphasizing Korbyt’s value propositions.
  • Lead product launch campaigns, driving product communications and ensuring alignment across sales, product, and marketing teams.
  • Translate product features into relatable use cases that showcase customer value and support sales efforts.


Customer Marketing and Retention:

  • Build and execute customer marketing initiatives that foster loyalty and advocacy, including targeted retention campaigns and engagement programs.
  • Create content that celebrates customer success, such as case studies, webinars, and social proof assets.

Customer Expansion:

  • Design campaigns targeting cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the customer base, leveraging insights from customer data.
  • Partner with customer success teams to identify and act on customer pain points, ensuring alignment with expansion strategies.

Collaborative Leadership:

  • Act as a liaison between customers, sales, and product teams, bringing customer insights into the product development cycle.
  • Enable the sales team with tools, competitive insights, and messaging that drive deal closure and customer engagement.

Data-Driven Insights:

  • Analyze engagement metrics, NPS, and retention data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and refine strategies.
  • Use data to segment customer groups and personalize messaging for maximum impact.
  • Conduct win-loss analysis on performance data to identify success factors, track metrics, and refine strategies for better outcomes.

WHAT YOU HAVE

Required skills and experience for this position:


  • Experience: 5–7 years in product marketing, product-led growth, or customer marketing functions, preferably within SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Go-to-Market Expertise: Proficiency in customer messaging, segmentation, engagement tactics, and retention strategies, with a focus on improving KPIs such as retention rates, NPS and Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV).
  • Campaign Skills: Proven ability to design and execute targeted campaigns for upsells and, cross-sells
  • Customer Advocacy: Experience fostering customer communities and cultivating brand advocates through testimonials, case studies, and events.
  • Customer Education: Ability to create and deliver educational resources, webinars, and onboarding experiences to maximize product adoption.
  • Collaboration: Strong project management and teamwork skills, with experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong business acumen, able to leverage sales insights to inform strategies, track retention metrics, and personalize customer messaging for impactful engagement.
