Description

Job Status: Full-time (M-F) (40 hrs/wk)

Salary Range: $19 - $24/hr

Work Location: Poulsbo Campus, in person

Requirements

As the Repair and Maintenance Lead, you will: 

  • Oversees all facility repairs and projects for the Poulsbo Campus, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, lighting and other custodial and construction-related matters.
  • Schedule and manage routine maintenance on all building systems and catalog these items in our database.
  • Mitigate risk and oversee safety and security.
  • Routinely inspect the facility for issues and report any issues and their severity to the director.
  • Oversee all contractors that work with the facility.
  • Ensure the facility complies with relevant laws, regulations and safety standards.
  • Support the multi-use nature of the facilities, including but not limited to furniture moves and custodial staffing.
  • The Campus lead will be a member of the Gateway Leadership Team and is required to attend Tuesday Staff meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Repair and maintenance experience.
  • Ability to work with HVAC/boiler systems
  • Project management skills

Education Level: High school diploma or GED. 

Experience: Three years of experience in facility management is preferred. 

Specific Skills: Basic computer knowledge; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and TEAMS. 

Personal Characteristics: Highly personable with a professional demeanor appropriate for an office setting, a passion for serving others, and great attention to detail. Works well with deadlines and planning. 

Physical Abilities: Sufficient mobility to work in all types of outdoor conditions, as well as an office setting; able to operate equipment associated with the department.

Salary Description
