Description

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Property Housecleaner is responsible for the overall presentation and upkeep of all Patrick Properties venues, Suites, and offices to ensure the properties are always presentable. The ideal candidate would have luxury property cleaning experience and be a mature, independent professional. 


RESPONSIBILTIES

• Detail cleaning of interior spaces to include dusting, sweeping, dust and damp mopping, vacuuming and cleaning windows

• Ensure that all 5 historic properties are always presentable and show ready for events and site visits

• Cleaning, sanitizing and stocking guest restrooms

• Cleaning guest suites and washing/folding associated laundry as scheduled

• Empties trash/recycling and replaces liners in staff offices and maintains staff restrooms

• Reports any damage or repair needs observed in a timely manner

• Performs periodic deep cleanings when scheduled

• Maintains stock of cleaning supplies and equipment

• Ensuring furniture and other items are in their appropriate locations during non-event days, spot cleaning upholstery

• Biweekly cleaning of tenant restrooms, stair ways and kitchen areas to include trash.

• Special projects include but are not limited to: vacuuming of all drapery in house, delicate dusting/cleaning of chandeliers/sconces, etc.


Requirements

• Must be detail oriented and know what needs to be done above and beyond “to do” list 

• Ability to follow PPHG standards, policies, and procedures

• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and organize work assignments

• Ability to be a clear thinker, analyze and resolve problems, exercising good judgment

• Ability to work independently and self-manage  

• Must possess mature, professional demeanor to interact with staff and guests and work cooperatively and professionally with other departments, with respect to the chain of command

• Must be on time and appropriately dressed for all shifts

• Professional cleaning experience is required
