Fisher Associates is seeking an experienced Precast Engineer looking to take the next step as a Project Manager to join our innovative Precast team within the Transportation Group. In this role, you'll leverage your technical expertise to ensure the highest quality in our deliverables, providing design insights and overseeing quality control. Your comprehensive efforts will guarantee completeness, accuracy, and creative problem-solving in every project. You'll manage all facets of project delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and coordinating with your team to meet and exceed client service commitments.

Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000 annually
Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications/education, and other factors. The salary range is not necessarily reflective of the actual total compensation that may be earned nor promises any specific pay for any specific employee. The primary function of this role is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Manage and facilitate project communications with internal and external customers and suppliers.
- Manage projects including project budget, schedule, scope, invoicing, and accounts receivable on time and within budget.
- Assist with project proposals and business development.
- Guide the design of projects, ensuring QA/QC is performed on all calculations and deliverables.
- Oversee preparation of construction bid packages for transportation/precast projects; providing direction to internal design staff; and communicating with clients and regulatory approving agencies.
- Ability to manage precast projects.
- Lead the engineering design process for transportation/precast projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with design teams to develop detailed plans, specifications, and drawings.
- Perform technical reviews and provide guidance to resolve design challenges.
- Manage a team of engineers, drafters, and other professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to ensure project milestones are met.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their technical and professional skills.
Education & Experience
- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- 8-15 years minimum of Precast engineering experience, project management experience preferred.
- Professional Engineering License (PE)
- Complete understanding of MicroStation
