We are looking for a Direct Partner Manager to oversee a team of Account Managers. They will work with their direct reports to train on internal policies and procedures as well as Wellworks specific job knowledge, provide support and guidance with their current book of business and help establish goals that will result in growth. They will work alongside the other managers of the Account Management Department as it relates to client retention and improving team policies and procedures. They will identify additional areas for growth and streamlining as it relates to their team and client relations.


What will your day look like?

  • Provide support to team members for day-to-day management of their clients, tasks, and questions
  • Provide ongoing training of products, services, portal, etc.
  • Provide support on client calls, renewals, roll outs, etc., as needed
  • Provide support for implementation/lead implementation of new clients in conjunction with the Implementation Specialists
  • Conduct weekly check-in meetings with team members to ensure all deadlines are being met and training and support is being provided
  • Assist team members in problem solving and resolving client issues
  • Write and administer annual performance reviews and make suggestions for merit increases, if applicable
  • Oversee and support team's client book of business
  • Strategize with the Director of Account Management and other leaders of the department to plan long-term goals and initiatives
  • Assist with the review of marketing materials and wellness portals
  • Develop and communicate procedures
  • Uphold company polices as it relates to employment for employees
  • Manage and maintain personal book of business
  • Assist in training new Wellness Account Managers
  • Communicate new products and portal changes to team
  • Collaborate with Account Management peers on various different projects and initiatives
  • Effectively work alongside other department heads as it pertains to various projects that will assist their team
  • Ability to travel is a requirement of the position
Requirements

What must you bring to the table?

  • 2+ years related account management experience, preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, ability to lead by example
  • Forward and critical thinking skills

  • Able to motivate and direct team members
  • Able to delegate tasks and monitor performance of team members
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously, sometimes under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to travel as needed

What is the work environment?

  • This job routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, keyboard, mouse, monitors etc.
  • This position is a fully remote position, reporting into our home office in Malvern, Pa. Local candidates can have the option of hybrid work in office and remote if desired.
  • Because you will be handling confidential client information, you must work from your home office. Remote employees are required to have a quiet area, free from distraction for remote work.
  • Employee must provide their own internet access.
  • This position's hours will be Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Eastern

Salary Description
$63,000-$68,000
