PCG is currently seeking experienced Patient Outreach Specialists to join our team!

In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling video calls with members eligible for a free annual health visit, ensuring they receive the benefits they are entitled to before the end of the year. You will also handle various administrative duties, including updating account records, assisting members with language barriers through a language line, and identifying and addressing any special circumstances that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule video calls with eligible members for their free annual health visit.
- Update account records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist members with language barriers through the provided language line.
- Address and identify special circumstances that may arise during member outreach.
- Provide excellent customer service while advocating for the members' needs and concerns.
Benefits:
- Full-time and part-time hours available, Monday - Friday.
- $18/hour hourly wage.
- Short-term project with a flexible work schedule.
- No benefits offered for this role.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, outreach, or advocacy roles.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse populations.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be available to start immediately.
