We seek a highly motivated and competitive sales executive to move our sales to the next level. We require a fighter who understands how to put the bread on the dinner table every night. A self-starter with no BS type of personality who knows how to work a room with the prospecting abilities of a gold hunter.   • High-Level Sales Expertise. If you have knowledge or experience with SPIN Solutions Selling or Gap Selling, this posting is directly for you.
  • Capability to talk to anyone and convey complex ideas to them.

  • Aptitude to create and establish relationships based on credibility and expertise.
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership in both the formal and informal capacity. 
  • A talent to establish yourself as a peer with the executive and C-suite individuals.
  • Strong prospecting skills and the ability to build your own book of business.
  • A must! Business Acumen. You must have an upper-level understanding of business and how business works across functional groups.
  • A solid understanding of the managed service space/cyber security, telecommunication, SaaS networking, etc.
  • The skills to develop and execute a robust sales strategy and market plan.

What you must do:

  1. Revenue Growth
    1. Drive $1.5 Million in business revenue within the fiscal year
    2. Make at least 25 Cold calls per day or whatever it takes to get there
    3. Make a minimum of 50 Outboard emails per day
    4. Get social, attend one networking event per week
    5. Have at least eight scheduled new meetings per month
    6. 4 New deals per month with an average deal size of $35,000
  2. Customer Loyalty
    1. Retain 95% of top-tier accounts over the year
    2. Conduct quarterly business reviews with all key accounts to identify new opportunities
  3. Market Expansion
    1. Additional revenue streams from new geographical regions, industries, or customer segments.
    2. Year-over-year       growth: achieve a 5% increase in overall sales year-over-year
  4. Brand Advocacy
    1. Advocates to promote the brand on social media, reviews, and personal networks.
    2. Stronger Reputation: positive testimonials and reviews
    3. Increase referral rate and customer retention rate.
