Product Manager
Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to drive product strategy, development, and global go-to-market (GTM) execution for our innovative portfolio of medical devices and consumer-facing solutions. This role will be pivotal in shaping and delivering life-saving products in the prehospital, emergency, and trauma care sectors, while advancing direct-to-consumer (DTC or B2C) strategies within the commercial space. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging insights and market trends to ensure alignment with business objectives and market demands.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies for assigned product categories that align with business goals and drive growth and profitability.

• Leverage results from market research, industry data, competitive analysis etc. to develop market-based insights that inform the product roadmap and decision making on new opportunities and growth strategies.

• Own end-to-end lifecycle management from new product inception through commercialization, retrospectives, assessing existing product performance, and decline/EOL. Engage with cross-functional units in development of GTM and EOL strategies.

• Develop and manage comprehensive GTM strategies for B2C markets, ensuring successful adoption in global regions. Overseeing all aspects of product launch activities, including regulatory approvals, positioning, and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (substitutions may be made for a combination of program management experience and other relevant education/work experience)

• 3-5 years of product management experience with a track record of success in owning and driving key product initiatives. Experience in the medical device industry is a plus.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making

• Ability to prioritize daily work while keeping business and strategic goals in mind, with strong follow-through, resourcefulness, and attention to detail

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs and tell a compelling story. Comfortable with presentations and communication to executives.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Other Requirements:

• Travel up to 25%, including international travel.

• Authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to work from the Huntersville, NC office.
