ConcertoCare is seeking an experienced, passionate Senior Software Engineer with a strong specialization in back-end development using SQL Server, AI capabilities, and front-end expertise in Angular to join our fast-paced and innovative engineering team. In this role, you will lead in architecting, building, and maintaining our client-facing web applications using Angular, AngularJS, .NET, and SQL Server.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the design and development of new features and applications using Angular, AngularJS, .NET, and SQL Server.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver intuitive user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code to build reusable components and libraries.
• Diagnose and debug issues with existing applications and provide solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers as a technical lead on projects.
• Evangelize and educate team members on best practices, design patterns, and emerging technologies.
• Participate in code reviews, CI/CD, DevOps, design reviews, and planning sessions.
• Stay current on technologies, regulations, and industry trends, particularly in healthcare.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in solution architectures.
• Expert-level experience with Angular, AngularJS, .NET framework, C#, and SQL Server.
• Experience in Agile, Azure DevOps, version control systems (Git), and CI/CD tools
• Experience leading medium to large projects and mentoring other engineers. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and move projects forward.
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity in a dynamic environment
• Passion for technology, learning new things, and solving complex problems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in integrating AI/ML models into applications.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
• Experience with microservices architecture and REST APIs
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
• Experience with TypeScript and GraphQL

Base Salary/ Wage Range $125,000 to $135,000 plus annual bonus. Compensation for the role is commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
