Infinity Claws is the ultimate destination for claw machine excitement and arcade fun! As we open our first location, we're looking for a dedicated and energetic Team Lead/Part Time Manager to support our store operations and help create unforgettable experiences for our guests. 


Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store.
  • Supervise staff and ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Ensure claw machines are stocked, functioning properly, and regularly maintained.
  • Help execute promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Train and coach new team members for superior customer service.
  • Responsible for opening and closing store procedures.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and collaboration among employees.
  • Adjust daily agenda for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure that they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in retail management, amusement centers, or customer service. (1 year+ preferred)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and improve profitability.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Passion for gaming, arcades, or entertainment environments.

Salary Description
$18/hour
