Overall Position Purpose

The Product Program Manager, MSK position exists to manage the implementation and evolution of Inteleos’ MSK product portfolio. This position is responsible for operationalizing strategic plans, coordinating cross-departmental initiatives, and ensuring successful product lifecycle management. The role collaborates across departments to drive portfolio growth, profitability, and alignment with organizational objectives, while supporting the Director of Product in onboarding and training new Product Program Managers to foster innovation and success. The Product Program Manager, MSK will promote and support the Inteleos culture of inclusivity.

Core Responsibilities

  • Translate the strategic vision for MSK products into actionable plans and determine the direction needed to align with market trends, customer feedback, and organizational objectives;
  • Execute and deliver initiatives within the MSK portfolio, ensuring products align with organizational goals, meet market needs, and advance Inteleos’ mission;
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to ensure Inteleos remains a leader in the MSK market;
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for MSK products, including conception, development, launch, and performance optimization, ensuring quality and relevance;
  • Develop business cases for new products and enhancements, using data-driven insights to support decision-making and drive innovation;
  • Collaborate with the product portfolio team to develop and activate effective communication and marketing strategies for MSK products;
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and risk analyses to identify customer needs, trends, opportunities, and threats, translating findings into actionable product requirements to ensure product relevance and competitiveness;
  • Collaborate with the data team to establish and monitor KPIs, Annual Operating Plans (AOPs), and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to measure product success and inform decisions;
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to implement portfolio strategies and enhance the adoption of MSK products, ensuring alignment with industry standards and needs;
  • Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and feedback, using insights to refine and prioritize product development efforts;
  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members, ensuring alignment with organizational processes and goals, in coordination with the Director of Product;
  • Collaborate with peer Product Managers to share insights, best practices, and lessons learned, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the team;
  • Collaborate with the Director of Product to oversee resource allocation, ensuring adequate support for product development and strategic initiatives; 
  • Develop strategies to address organizational risks while maintaining product alignment with customer and market demands; and
  • Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Environment

  • Works under general supervision, with broadly defined work objectives.
  • Makes decisions of some complexity regarding work design, projects, etc. which can have medium to long-term impact on a significant organizational function and frequently impact the organization. 
  • Has no formal supervisory responsibility for work unit and/or external vendors and consultants.

Work Environment

The incumbent will work at a desk in an office environment or an approved remote location. This position may require evening and weekend hours, as well as occasional travel. There are minimal requirements to lift or move equipment.

Requirements

Required Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Certification in Business, or equivalent experience in related field;  
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a similar function, with a focus on product management;  
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Product Management certification(s), preferred; and 
  • Experience in leading and mentoring other product manager, preferred.

  • Comprehensive understanding of healthcare markets, regulatory requirements, and assessment best practices, including item development and test construction cycles; 
  • Superior project management and leadership skills, with experience managing complex, cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple project plans; 
  • Proven ability to anticipate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and adapt to unforeseen circumstances; 
  • Skilled in solving problems from multiple angles, demonstrating sound judgment, and implementing solutions across all stages of the project lifecycle; 
  • Ability to sustain a positive attitude under challenging conditions and contribute to a supportive and upbeat organizational culture; 
  • Strong verbal, written, and collaborative skills for management-level communication and correspondence;
