Join the team at Èlephante, Scottsdale’s newest and most exciting dining and lounge destination. We are looking for dedicated Barbacks who thrive in high-energy environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional support to ensure a seamless bar experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock and restock bar inventories and supplies, maintaining organization and par levels throughout shifts.
• Assist bartenders and cocktail servers in delivering timely and exceptional guest service.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bar area, bar-top, and lounge seating.
• Set up and break down bar stations, ensuring they are fully stocked and prepared for service.
• Properly follow beverage requisition and inventory procedures to keep bar operations efficient.
• Empty trash, break down cardboard boxes, and ensure back-of-house storage and refrigeration areas are clean and organized.
• Communicate effectively with team members, servers, chefs, and managers to address guest needs.
• Participate in daily pre-service meetings and ongoing training sessions to stay informed and enhance skills.
• Follow all health and sanitation standards, ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Previous barback experience in high-volume venues such as restaurants, nightclubs, or lounges is required.
• Certification: Food Handling Certificate required.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, and a team-oriented attitude.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods. Role involves repetitive motion and exposure to hot elements.
• Availability: Flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
