Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented and tech-savvy SaaS Product Manager with strong project management skills to join our team and help drive the success of our B2B SaaS platform. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with the Strategic Product Lead to understand and execute the product strategy. You will be responsible for translating strategic goals into actionable requirements, ensuring a seamless partnership with UX designers and engineers, prioritizing the product backlog, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality features that meet customer needs and align with business objectives.

You’ll spend your days on the following: 

  • Collaborate and Execute on Strategy: Work closely with the Strategic Product Leader to understand the product vision, business goals, and market strategy. Understand customer pain points and translate them into valuable product features. Actively gather feedback and use data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. 
  • Requirements Definition: Gather and analyze input from stakeholders, users, and internal teams to write concise user stories, detailed product requirements, and feature specifications. Define acceptance criteria to ensure clarity and alignment. Ensure that requirements align with usability standards and customer needs. 
  • Backlog Prioritization: Own and manage the backlog for your scrum teams. Manage competing priorities and balance short-term needs with long-term goals. Own and refine the product backlog to maximize value, balancing business needs, technical constraints, and customer impact. 
  • Collaboration with UX Design Team: Partner with UX designers to create intuitive, user-centered designs that enhance the user experience. Validate designs against requirements and usability standards. 
  • Partnership with Engineering: Work closely with the scrum team to ensure clear communication of requirements, goals, and priorities. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Oversee delivery by ensuring features meet expectations and quality standards while supporting decision-making during development. 
  • Manage Stakeholders: Effectively communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to internal and external stakeholders. Keep stakeholders informed on priorities, trade-offs, and decision rationales. 
  • Delivery Oversight and Project Management: Coordinate across design, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to execute product goals. Collaborate with engineers to ensure features are built as expected and meet quality standards. Provide clarification and decision-making support during development. Validate product designs and features through feedback and testing. Ensure teams align on shared goals and understand their roles. Motivate cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. 
  • Identify and manage to quantitative and qualitative data: Identify and manage to KPI metrics and establish target metric goals. Use tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Tableau/PowerBI to interpret data and make informed decisions. Actively gather quantitative and qualitative feedback and use data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Leverage insights and data to solve user problems creatively and effectively. 

What you need to be successful in this role: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.   
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.   
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience managing sprints. Scrum methodology certifications are a plus. 
  • Expertise with Modern Agile and SaaS Tools: Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and other industry-standard tools.  
  • Proven ability to translate business strategy into actionable product plans and requirements.   
  • Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers to deliver customer-centric solutions.   
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.   
  • Experience managing to KPIs, and using metrics through tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau/PowerBI. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.   
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.   
  • Adaptability to quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced SaaS environment

Salary Description
$110,000- $130,000
