Job Summary:
We are seeking a Psychologist to provide psychological evaluations for children, individual therapy, and group therapy in a fully integrated Primary Care Clinic. You will work in close coordination and collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including Behavioral Health Clinicians, Behavioral Health Consultants, Medical Providers, Dental Providers, Speech, and OT. As a psychologist on our team, you will work with various behavioral health problems such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and social and interpersonal difficulties throughout the lifespan. You will also have the opportunity to become involved in our Psychology Internship Program, which may include supervision of rotations, group assessment supervision, weekly case consultation, didactic presentations, and possible primary supervision of psychology interns and post-docs,
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations, including diagnostic interviews, standardized assessments, and functional assessments, under the supervision of licensed psychologists.
- Provide evidence-based therapy, including individual, family, and group therapy, for patients experiencing a range of psychological and behavioral health conditions.
- Collaborate with medical providers, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated behavioral health services within primary care and specialty clinics.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case consultations, and treatment planning.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, treatment goals, and evidence-based practices.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Engage in regular supervision to ensure professional development and preparation for licensure.
- Assist with community outreach, psychoeducation, and wellness programs aimed at improving mental health outcomes in underserved populations.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and adhere to JVCHC policies and ethical standards.

- Doctoral degree in Psychology.
- Doctorate from a APA accredited program.
- Missouri State License as a Psychologist.
- 1-2 years working with the pediatric population and developing pediatric programs.
