Attorneys manage the legal defense of workers' compensation cases from inception to final resolution, including all aspects of discovery and litigation. The attorneys work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators. We are now seeking an Attorney with 2 to 5+ years of workers' compensation defense experience.

Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees;
- Member of the State Bar of California, in good standing;
- 2 to 5+ years of workers' compensation defense experience;
- Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability;
- Excellent written and oral communication;
- Commitment to proactive case management;
- Experience in Merus or Litify is preferred but not required;
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams is preferred but not required.
Work Environment:
- Location: Must reside in the state of California and preferably in Southern California or the Bay Area.
- Mental: Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem-solving, analysis, and discretion; ability to handle work-related stress; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and ability to meet deadlines.
- Physical: Computer keyboarding, travel as required.
- Auditory/Visual: Hearing, vision, and speaking.
