Role Summary
Our Aerator Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our paperboard manufacturing process. You will be responsible for operating the aerators, which are essential for the quality of our product in the die-cutting and printing processes.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain aerators according to established procedures.
- Monitor aerator performance and make adjustments as needed.
- Ensure that aerators are operating at optimal efficiency.
- Alert Operators of any problems or malfunctions.
- Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines.
- Work effectively with others, demonstrating respect and professionalism in all interactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Available to work overtime, including weekends, when required.
- Willing to work various shifts.
- Willing to work in a position that requires you to stand or walk continuously throughout the shift.
