Summary

The Manger, IT ERP & Applications will help lead the technical implementation of Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and support future strategic ERP initiatives as well as oversee ongoing support and maintenance. This role requires a comprehensive technical and functional understanding of D365 F&O business functionalities, ideally within the manufacturing sector, and significant technical expertise to address Sapporo-Stone Brewing's needs across the business. The role will ensure efficient ERP system operations, aligning with the organization’s objectives to drive business success.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with oversight of all ERP and surrounding applications planning, development, delivery, monitoring, maintenance and performance of applications?
  • Define and maintain the enterprise ERP application architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Partner with internal departments to facilitate development and configurations within the ERP to drive business growth and efficiencies leveraging technology
  • Provide day-to-day operational support and management of the ERP and integrated applications
  • Understand system interdependencies as well as existing and anticipated ERP functionality
  • Facilitate integrations to and from the ERP and supporting applications to create efficiencies and eliminate waste
  • Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for security, disaster recovery, and standards for Microsoft D365 ERP system
  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with business system implementations and operations
  • Ensure strategic technology planning is in place, including technology roadmaps and release schedules that align to business needs and value delivery
  • Benchmark, analyze, report on, and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT application infrastructure
  • Provide technical and functional leadership to the ERP team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in ERP and integration solutions and assess their potential impact on the organization

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or comparable professional experience
  • 10+ years’ experience in design, development, customization, implementation, integration, and administration of ERP (MS Dynamics 365 F&O ERP experience required)
  • Demonstrated technical leadership experience in a dynamic, high-technology systems development environment
  • Experience with cloud-based architecture and an understanding of security best practices for cloud-based solutions
  • Microsoft Power Platform experience highly desired
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer-facing skills
  • Occasional travel is required to other company locations/sites

Compensation, Benefits & Perks

  • Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000
  • Bonus Pay: 10% of Annual Salary
