WR Technologies (WRT) is a group within WithersRavenel that is built on taking asset management solutions to the US. WRT is looking for their next Implementation Consultant to serve a key role in ensuring our clients are successful with software products they utilize to perform their essential duties. 


Duties and Responsibilities 


Client 

  • Coordinate with business development and sales to ensure effective handoff of client goals and objectives 
  • Provide remote training experiences to individuals and teams 
  • Explain results of software output to clients 
  • Be responsive to clients, technical project teams, and all at WR involved with either existing project, current leads, and RFQs, etc. 
  • Provide post-implementation technical support for clients 
  • Actively collaborate with SMEs, project managers, client officers, business development, and sales to deliver successful client experiences  
  • Act as a technical project manager for specific product implementations, including project scoping, budgeting, and oversight to ensure projects stay within scope and budget. Collaborate with Accounting for project-related invoicing and billing. Independently lead client kick-off calls to determine project schedules, confirm scope, and ensure effective handoff of client objectives. Escalate any client issue that you cannot directly solve to the appropriate WR team member 

Technical  

  • Learn everything about assigned products and take a deep dive into them from a technical perspective 
  • Learn everything possible about the specific knowledge domains where the software is utilized by our clients 
  • Assist client in gathering their data, reviewing the data for readiness as well as gaps or other issues, and importing the data into the software 
  • Configure product to meet client expectations 
  • Build and deliver configuration documentation and final reports 
  • Act as a product expert and guide all internal and external stakeholders on best practices of implementation process 
  • Build and adjust training to continually improve 
  • Work with other team members to estimate work effort that falls outside standard implementation processes 
  • Foster a positive environment; engage in Company, Department, and Team meetings routinely, team building efforts, and community involvement.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a STEM field 
  • Self-motivated, engaged, and team-oriented with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision  
  • Strong client-facing project management skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to distill complex problems to simple solutions 
  • Execute multiple tasks under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities 
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail  
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
  • Proven track record of fostering existing client relationships  
  • Demonstrate personal investment in your career  
  • Energetic, flexible, confident, and forward thinking 
  • Ability to pass the IAM certification exam within the first 90 days of employment 

Preferred:  

  • Prior Implementation Consultant experience 
  • Training/teaching experience 
  • Technical background in GIS, Asset Management, Engineering, Finance, or Databases 
  • Project Manager training and/or certifications
