Replenishment Specialist
Description

Job Summary: The Replenishment Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all materials and supplies are accurately stocked and readily available to support the manufacturing process. This role involves monitoring inventory levels, placing orders, and coordinating with various departments to maintain optimal stock levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
  • Place orders for materials and supplies as needed to maintain production schedules.
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
  • Update inventory records and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies in inventory records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations.


Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in inventory control, supply chain, or a similar role in a manufacturing environment. 

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift 

Work Environment:

  • Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds is required. 
  • Regular use of a forklift is required.
  • Regular use of hand tools, box cutters and banding in shipping and receiving is required.
  • Regular transportation of parts out of house to “outside processing” or “purchase and alter” locations is required.
  • Regularly stands/walks for a number of hours per shift.
  • Regularly required to speak and hear clearly, both in person and by telephone.
  • Regularly utilizes written and oral communication skills.
  • Requires ability to read and interpret information and documents.
  • Performs detailed work on multiple concurrent projects.
  • Primarily office and shop environment.
