Description

This is a full-time, direct placement role at Stasmayer, Inc.

The position of Level 2, IT Engineer is responsible for, but not limited to resolving issues in the IT support structure. It will be a daily responsibility to service the needs of all customers to the best of your ability. Leveraging system augmentation and automation to increase efficiency of daily operations of Stasmayer, Incorporated will also be performed to decrease response time in repeated tasks and scenarios.

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Client System Support
  • Network Troubleshooting
  • Line of Business Application Support
  • Use of RMM (Remote Monitoring & Management) tools to resolve and troubleshoot
  • Maintain/Increase Internal Service Level Agreement (SLA) at 80% attainment or greater
  • Response & troubleshooting in accordance with internal SLA
  • Responsible for entering time into the PSA (Professional Services Automation Tool) daily
Requirements

Principle Requirements:

  • Help desk experience or equivalent
  • Experience in dealing with multiple customers’ needs throughout the day
  • Extremely professional demeanor
  • Exhibit excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Wireless AP networking
  • Experience setting up and troubleshooting Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems
  • Experience setting up and troubleshooting Cisco, SonicWALL, Watchguard, HP, etc. or similar networking products
  • Experience with troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and M365 administration
  • Experience with Azure AD
  • Experience with virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V, etc.)
  • Azure Virtual Desktop Experience a plus
  • MacOS experience is a plus
  • Medical IT experience is a plus
  • Law Firm IT experience is a plus

Certifications:

  • A successful candidate may have, but is not required to have, one or more of the following CompTIA certifications, A+, Network +, Security+
  • A successful candidate may have, but is not required to have, Microsoft certifications in M365, Azure, or other MS products.
  • A successful candidate may have, but is not required to have, other industry standard certifications in networking or product specific technologies.


Essential Physical Requirements:

  • Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds

Salary Description
$60,000 - $70,000
