This is a full-time, direct placement role at Stasmayer, Inc.

The position of Project Engineer, Professional Services Engineer is responsible for, but not limited to implementing, installing and troubleshooting technology designs such as servers, firewalls, switches, and wireless AP’s. It will be a daily responsibility to manage the needs of the project and ensure robust communication with the client and our technical support teams to the best of your ability.

Principle Responsibilities:

• Project implementation
• Client System Support post project before hand-off to support desk
• Network Troubleshooting as part of a project deployment
• Communicate with client and team throughout deployments
• Properly track time against the project daily
• Line of Business Application Support
• Use of RMM (Remote Monitoring & Management) tools for any remote project efforts
• Responsible for entering time into the PSA (Professional Services Automation Tool) daily

Principle Requirements:

• Experience configuring, deploying and migrating servers
• Experience configuring, deploying and migrating firewalls including transitioning site to site VPN’s and client VPN’s
• Experience configuring, deploying and migrating switches, and wireless AP’s
• Experience configuring, deploying and migrating workstations
• Experience configuring, deploying and migrating other technologies common in corporate IT.
• Experience in dealing with multiple customers’ needs throughout the day
• Extremely professional demeanor
• Exhibit excellent customer service
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent Documentation skills.
• Experience with virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V, etc.)
• Azure Virtual Desktop Experience a plus
• MacOS experience is a plus
• Medical IT experience is a plus
• Law Firm IT experience is a plus
