Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across Europe and the Rest of World (RoW) regions. You will manage key accounts, develop new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth in diverse international markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent cross-cultural communication skills, a strong understanding of global market dynamics, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, international sales environment. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned regions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with both potential and existing customers.
  • Understand customer business needs and objectives to offer tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute a tactical plan to increase business within identified accounts and regions.
  • Successfully resolve customer queries through liaising with other departments within Videology.
  • Schedule and conduct customer site visits, technical product demonstrations, and presentations to showcase Videology products.
  • Actively participate in trades shows and other promotional sales activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, participate in educational events, and share insights internally.
  • Deliver timely quotations to customers, actively follow up on them, and successfully convert opportunities into orders.
  • Utilize CRM to provide accurate forecasts and reports on activities and pipelines.
  • Become proficient in all Videology products.
Requirements


Education & Experience Requirements:

  • HBO / MBO+ with 1-3 years of sales and customer management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms; experience with HubSpot is a plus.
  • Proficiency in the English language (read, write, and speak).
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.


Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with electronics and camera technology; working technical knowledge of imaging products.
  • Previous work experience in a multicultural and international environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with strong selling and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, persistent, and able to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships at all levels.
  • Resourceful and able to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
  • Collaborative with strong teamwork and relationship management skills.
